| The club begins winter hours, 10am-4pm weekdays (closed holidays). | |
| Water and electricity are turned off. | |

| $75 escrow payment is due. | |
| Tuesday, January 15th, 2008: | |
| $175 payment is due. | |
| Friday, Februaury 1st, 2008: | |
| Escrow agreement expires. | |
| Sunday, March 9th, 2008: | |
| The club begins 6 day-a-week operation, open Sunday-Friday for payments, tours and ID photos, closed Saturdays. | |
| Saturday, March 15, 2008: | |
| 50% of the total account balance is due. | |
| Friday, March 21st - Sunday, March 23rd, 2008: | |
| The club will be closed (Easter weekend). | |
| Monday, April 21st, 2008: | |
| The club will be open on a 7 day-a-week basis, 10am-4pm. | |
| Saturday, May 3rd, 2008: | |
| Water and electricity (weekends only) is turned on for cabanas and cabanettes. | |
| Thursday, May 15th, 2008: | |
| The remaining 50% balance is due on all accounts. All account changes must be settled. | |
| Saturday, May 24th, 2008: | |
| The 2008 summer season begins with full-time operation on weekends and part-time operation on weekdays. | |
| Saturday, June 28th, 2008: | |
| The 2008 summer season officially commences with full time operation on a 7 day-a-week basis. | |

| The 2008 summer season comes to a close. The club begins part-time operation. | |
